Hello friends,
Just wanted to let you all know of something new..??
COG Tours (dotCOM) is a local company offering logistical services for remote burners.
If you have friends that would attend if they could manage the 30 - 50 pounds of stuff needed per day to be on the playa, have them contact
www.cogtours.com
These people will pick them up at the Medford airport and return them to the same 2 weeks later.
All the traveler needs is to show up with a ticket to the event and a change of clothes for the return trip.
They have been attending the burn since 1997.
They bring the camping gear, water and snacks.

Re: There is a new resorce for remote burners...
Fri, April 11, 2008 - 2:35 PMReminds me of this one:
www.elmonterv.com/burning-m...a-245.aspx
Cost: $10,999
Yup.. it's real. Sure, it's obscene amounts of cash for me to think of, but can you think of reasonable circumstances where this would be a decent option for someone? perhaps international travelers who are doing big art?
Anyway, just curious about your thoughts. :) --Crizzly ... your local BRC Ranger
